Pet Blessing & Pet Celebration Day
On Saturday, October 10, 2026, from 10:00 AM to 12:00 PM, Dulaney Valley Pet Loss Center will welcome families for a morning or remembrance, blessing, learning, and celebration.

The ceremony will honor the pets we have lost, bless living pets and pets photographs, and celebrate the lifelong bond we share with our animal companions. Families of all faiths are welcome.

A remembrance reflection, reading of pets' names and moment of silence
Blessing of living pets and pet photographs by Pastor Nick Skinner
Interactive basic obedience, tricks and agility led by Jenny Gallo, CPDT-KA
Raffle prizes
Family-friendly celebration
Dog body-language insights and a simple "touch" trick lesson.
Ask the Trainer, a photo area, and Pet Blessing certificates
Garden tours, Pet Loss Center open house, and light refreshments
Bring a photograph of any pet unable to attend. Dogs must remain leashed and other pets safely contained. If your pet would not be comfortable attending, you are still warmly welcome to join us.
